About the Company
DEC Associates, Inc. is an independent municipal advisory firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded by seasoned public finance professionals, we provide strategic financial guidance to cities, counties, utilities, and special districts. In addition to our core advisory services, we offer comprehensive financial planning, modeling, and issuance assistance to help clients navigate complex funding needs.
